 Tastetracts - Super Concentrated
We firmly believe that our flavours are the best on the market. The flavour houses that we deal with are some of the finest in the world. When we are looking for a new flavour we may have up to fifty different samples of one product sent to us for evaluation. We look at the technical data not only on its aroma but the taste of the product too. We believe that the taste profile of any potential flavour we use is crucial.
The raw materials used for our Taste tracts are used in the human food industry. When examining the dosage rates you will note that they are very low in comparison to other bait companies. This is purely because our flavours are super concentrated and when boiling these products they will not leave the bait. A simple test on these Taste tracts is to pick up any other competitors Strawberry or Peach for example, smell them and taste them. Then do the same to ours and you’ll see exactly what we mean.
Fresh Orange
Just imagine a fresh Jaffa Orange, cut it open and smell it. Well that’s exactly what you get with our flavour, it’s so close to the smell of an orange it’s almost impossible to tell the difference!!
This used in conjunction with our Fish’n’ Blood Mix is a very good combination.

Pineapple Chunks
We have smelt the competitor’s pineapples that are on the market and we could not find one that did not have a chemical back note! We here at DT have field tested this product for two years against the competitors and it clearly showed how superior ours was over theirs. It works very well in all of our base mixes and can be blended with our Ripe Banana for something totally different.

Oily Chicken
Now if there is one product that sticks out Oily Chicken has to be the one. A very true realistic taste and aroma of chicken popular both home and abroad. Other competitors have tried to get near it, however, without success. An absolutely outstanding product which works well in our Fish Mixes!.

Sweet Damson
Damson, what is it? Actually it is a plum, a very distinctive smell of plums. It works very well with our M.F.P. Soft Fruits, Lump Liquid and L.M.P.S.E. Again this blends well with any of our base mixes. It seems to excel more in the winter months and is defiantly a big fish catcher on the more pressured venues.

Strawberry Nectar
When you read our product information on our Taste tracts this has to be one that confirms the quality of them. It is so near the aroma of a strawberry that if you smell at first hand you can smell the small green seeds of the strawberry. This is an absolute winner and works well in our Cold Water Mix.

Sour Cream
This product is used in the baking industry. A very sickly smell in the bottle but again in the bait it comes through brilliantly. The back bone of its makeup is Butyric Acid which carp love. It is based on an oil and it is a blend that we found with the help of one of the flavour houses, complete with human grade emulsifiers. It works well on its own as a very subtle flavour in a bait or as a great combination with the Juicy Peach!

Just Chocolate
This particular chocolate is a dark one, which makes it quite different. It is used on Chocolate cakes in the food industry. This taste tract works well in any base mix and blends well with other flavours on our range such as our condensed milk for example.

Fish Frenzy
Our staff moan when they have to bottle this up, it absolutely stinks!! Not kitchen friendly!!!, but does it catch fish. The actual aroma is prawn and has a distinct ammonia back note to it. An absolute winner with any of our fish base mixes.

Ripe Banana
As with the Pineapple Chunks we found the same results. This particular banana is used in the sweet industry, and as a result has a very high boiling point therefore it does not boil out of the bait easily compared to some competitors. It works well with all of our mixes, a truly distinctive banana.

Juicy Peach
Well this product is our best selling Taste tract abroad. When we were requesting samples from our suppliers this one proved to be the most outstanding. You actually think that you are smelling the dew within a fresh juicy peach. When field testing this product the results were astonishing. It seems to blend very well in the pukka fish, together with The Howler, Green Lipped Mussel Extract, Liquid Liver and L.M.P.S.E. Absolutely a winning combination.

Pacific Anchovy
New for 2007 this subtle but highly effective flavour proved a must, after extensive field testing! Its smell and taste profile is as close to a real anchovy as you can get. Best blended with the Fish n’ Blood base mix with The Howler, Liquid Liver and Salmon Oil.

Green Beast
What is Green Beast? Well, it is blackcurrant at its best! And probably is without doubt one of the best winter flavours ever. Certainly when used with our Cold Water Mix, Lump Liquid and L.M.P.S.E. However, is just as effective when used in combination with the Pukka Fish Mix.

Triple X Tastetract
These Tastetracts are in a class of their own. Their not cheap but top quality products, they perform brilliantly. When we asked for these particular samples we were taken back by their performance in our Base Mixes. If you are looking for that extra edge, these have to be it.
Toasted Nut XXX
This is a blend of nut aromas. It is a very good fish catcher and is an outstanding flavour that can be mixed with any of our powdered or liquid range.

Squid n' Octopus
A very potent fish aroma with a twist developed on our own base! This flavour has excellent solubility in water and a high boiling point so very low levels are needed. Works very well in conjunction with any of our Fish meal Base mixes

Tutti Frutti
A true classic in it’s own right, responseable for more captures of carp than we care to imagine. Indentical to the original of yester year and one of the best winter flavours of all time! When used in conjuction with our Cold Water mix and Milk B palatent you are left with possibly the best winter bait ever to be used!

Multi Functional Palatants - M.F.P's
What are they? In short they are taste and appetite stimulants.
Howler
The Howler is legendary within the DT camp and as its name suggests it does exactly that. Liver sausage, garlic and onions give it The Howler its distinctive aroma, with a definite savoury flavour derived using extracts of aromatic plants and animal extracts. A must for any spicy type of base mix such as our Pukka Fish Mix or Red Crave Mix.

Soft Fruits
Although this product does have a distinct and marked intensifying effect with fruit flavours, it is another product that does in fact work well with most flavours. A fine powder, consisting of vanilla, lactones, esters, fatty acids and lactic acid derivatives.

Liquid Liver Extract B.P.C
B.P.C. stands for British Pharmaceutical Control; yes it is human grade liver extract.
This product is widely used in hospitals all over the world as a food supplement for recovering patients. Yes, we make no bones about the price as it is expensive but the carp love it. It can be incorporated in any Base Mix and works well as an individual attractor.
Green Lipped Mussel Extract
Extensively used within the health and fitness industry, a lovely free flowing powder. Pure whole green lipped mussels are harvested in New Zealand. Proven time and time again as a big fish catcher. Its worth noting that the recommended levels of this product can be doubled or even trebled over the recommended dosage rate.

Exclusive Oils (These are not Fish Oils)
Lump & Lunker Liquid
Lump and Lunker is an English term for a large carp, what is it? A lipid source. Carp use lipids as a source of energy and other activities, making their dietary level important particularly important in high quality food baits.
Lump and Lunker liquid are blends of oils, which we have found very attractive to carp., With our emulsifier agent blended already to these two oils it breaks down quickly. However, we must stress that our emulsifier used is of pharmaceutical grade with oil based vitamins.
(These two oils do not freeze up in winter conditions.)

L.M.P.S.E (Liquid Milk Protein Sweet Enhance)
This has become our fastest selling agent, not only in the UK but also abroad. Particularly in Belgium and France. This is a unique product not only is it a beautiful smooth sweet agent that can be used to sweeten particles such as tigers and maize. But it also goes a dream with any of our base mixes.
